Privacy Policy
Drinkly (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") is an ad-supported service provided by wonjong (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
This Application is provided “as is”, and the Service Provider values the protection of users’ personal information.

2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
- Service Provision: Login, user authentication, and providing personalized drinking record data
- Location-Based Services (Optional): Personalized content, recommendations, and location-based features
- Service Improvement and Analysis: Usage behavior analysis, app quality enhancement, error resolution
- Notifications and Marketing (with consent): Important notices, events, and promotional information
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
- Personal information will, in principle, be deleted immediately upon account deletion.
- Where required by law, information will be retained for the legally specified period.
- Automatically collected information and log data may be retained for a certain period for service improvement, then anonymized.
4. Provision and Entrustment of Personal Information to Third Parties
- The Service Provider does not provide personal information to third parties in principle.
- Exceptions: When required by law, with user consent, or when inevitably required to provide the service to affiliates/contractors.

- AdMob: Provides advertising
- Google Analytics for Firebase: Collects app usage statistics

5. User Rights
- Users may view, modify, or delete their personal information.
- Users can immediately delete all personal information through the in-app account deletion function.

6. Procedures and Methods of Personal Information Destruction
- Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing is achieved.
- Electronic files: Deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible

7. Protection of Children’s Personal Information
- The Application is not intended for children under the age of 14.
- The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- If such information is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
8. Measures to Ensure Security of Personal Information
- Supabase authentication and data security mechanisms
- HTTPS communication encryption
- Access control and external access restrictions
- Administrator access control and security log management
- Installation and inspection of security programs
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
- In the event of revisions, users will be notified within the Application or by email.
- For significant changes, notice will be given at least 7 days in advance.
